History

The substantial origins of the house date to 1946. There is evidence of prior structures on the property, but the first Certificate of Occupancy was issued in 1946 and was based on a building permit issued earlier that year. The structures covered by those documents were a one-family home with a detached garage. Additions were made in 1986 and 1993, with additional improvements in 2006.

The 1986 addition consisted of a partial second-floor dormer-style addition to the Cape-Cod style house. The 1993 addition increased the footprint of the house 14 feet to the north, and continued the partially setback second floor across the entire building. The covered porch and carport were added in 2006.
